How this website handles your data.

What we collect when you visit hiconlab.com or send us a message, why, and how long we keep it.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Who we are

This website is run by Kreative Web Solutions Ltd, trading as Hiconlab, registered in England and Wales (company number 14560750). If you have a question about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, website and the service you're interested in. We use these to reply to you, and we email you a short confirmation that your message arrived. We do this because you've asked us to get in touch.

When you browse the site. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics tells us how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. It doesn't run unless you agree, and you can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Our cookie policy has the details.

Keeping the form free of spam. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. It looks at technical details of your browser for that purpose only.

We don't sell your data or use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who helps us run the site

A few providers handle data for us, only to run this website:

  • our website and database hosting
  • Cloudflare, for media storage and the form's spam check
  • our email provider, which sends the form notifications and confirmations
  • Google, for analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies

Some of them may store data outside the UK, for example in the EU or the US. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: deleted automatically 12 months after they arrive.
  • Analytics data: kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
  • Your cookie choice: 6 months, then we ask again.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
