Detail E — Adoption, policy, training

Help your team use AI well, and safely.

Your team is probably already using AI, some of them well, some of them with customer data they shouldn't be pasting in. We help you choose the right tools, set clear rules, train people on their own work and try it with one team first, so AI saves time without creating new risks.

Explore AI enablement.

E1

AI readiness check

Find out where AI would help your business, what to leave alone and which risks to manage first.

E2

Team training and workshops

Hands-on AI training where your team works on their own tasks, so they leave able to use it the next morning.

E3

AI use policy

Clear, short rules on which AI tools your team can use, what data can go into them and when output must be checked.

E4

Custom assistants

ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot set up with your own documents and instructions, so answers fit your business.

E5

Pilot programme

One team uses AI daily for two weeks with support. We measure what changed, then decide on the rest of the business.

E6

Private and open-weight AI

Open-weight AI models running on infrastructure you control, for data that shouldn't leave your business.

E7

Fine-tuning

A model trained further on your own examples, for the jobs where a well-set-up assistant isn't enough.

Notes — What we see

Why AI rollouts stall.

  1. 01Everyone gets a licence, nobody gets shown what to do with it, and usage fades within a month.
  2. 02Nobody knows what's allowed, so careful people avoid it and careless people paste in anything.
  3. 03Tools are chosen before anyone asks which tasks they're for.
  4. 04There's no way to tell whether it's saving time, so it's hard to justify.
Specification — How we work

Practical, not theoretical.

  • Your tasks, not demosTraining uses the documents, emails and jobs your team handles every week.
  • Rules people can followA policy short enough to read, with real examples of what's fine and what isn't.
  • Any modelChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or open-weight models, chosen for the work and the data involved.
General notes — FAQ

Questions about AI enablement.

Is our data safe in ChatGPT or Claude?

On the business plans of the main AI tools, your data isn't used to train their models by default. Free personal accounts are a different story. The policy and the right plan matter more than the brand of tool.

Which tool should we use?

It depends on your work and what you already pay for. If you're on Microsoft 365, Copilot may be the obvious start; if your team writes and researches a lot, ChatGPT or Claude may suit better. The readiness check answers this for your business.

How long does training take?

It depends on the team and the tools. We plan sessions around the tasks people do, so the time goes into practice rather than slides.

Do we need private AI?

Most businesses don't. If you handle sensitive client data, work in a regulated field or have rules about where data can go, it's worth considering, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's needed.
