Detail E1 — Readiness check

Know where AI helps before you spend on it.

AI can save a small team hours a week, or waste money on tools nobody uses. The difference is knowing which tasks to start with. We look at how your business works, find the jobs where AI makes a real difference, flag the ones where it doesn't, and give you a short plan you can act on.

General notes — FAQ

Questions about the readiness check.

Our team hardly uses AI. Is it too early?

It's a good time. You can set the rules and choose the tools before habits form, rather than tidying up afterwards.

Will you just tell us to buy something?

No. Sometimes the best advice is to use the tools you already pay for better, or to wait. The plan is yours to act on with anyone.

Does it cover automation as well?

Yes. Where a task would be better automated than done with a chat tool, we'll say so. That's the line between this and our AI workflows service.
