Detail D2 — Quotes

Quotes drafted in minutes, checked by you.

Writing quotes is slow, and slow quotes lose work. We build a workflow that takes the details from an enquiry or a call, applies your prices and rules, and drafts the quote or proposal in your template. You check it, change anything you like and send it.

Notes — How the numbers work

AI writes the words. Your rules set the prices.

  1. 01Prices are calculated from your price list and rules, the same way every time.
  2. 02AI drafts the descriptive parts: the scope, the explanation, the covering email.
  3. 03Anything unusual, like a job outside your normal range, is flagged for a person instead of quoted.
  4. 04You can see how each figure was worked out.

General notes — FAQ

Questions about automated quotes.

Our jobs are all different. Can this still work?

Usually, yes. Even bespoke work follows patterns: the same materials, rates and steps in different amounts. Where a job is a genuine one-off, the workflow drafts the text and leaves the pricing to you.

Can it work from a phone call or site visit?

Yes. Notes, a voice memo or a form filled in on site can all feed the draft.

Which quoting tools does it work with?

We work with the documents and tools you already use, or set up a simple template if you don't have one.
