Detail D5 — Reports

The numbers you need, without the Monday spreadsheet.

Somebody in most businesses spends hours each week pulling figures from different tools into one report. We automate it: the numbers are gathered, checked and sent on schedule, with a short written summary of what changed and what needs attention.

Notes — Fewer numbers, better ones

Most reports have too many figures.

  1. 01A good weekly report fits on one screen.
  2. 02Each number should lead to a decision. If nobody acts on it, it doesn't need to be there.
  3. 03Comparisons matter more than totals: this week against last, this month against the same month last year.
Specification — Trusting the numbers

Figures you can rely on.

  • Calculated, not guessedFigures come straight from your systems. AI writes the summary; it doesn't invent numbers.
  • TraceableEvery figure can be traced back to where it came from.
  • On timeReports arrive on schedule, and you're told if a source couldn't be read.
General notes — FAQ

Questions about automated reports.

Do we need a dashboard tool?

Not necessarily. Many small businesses are better served by a short email every Monday. If a dashboard helps, we'll set one up with the tools you have.

What if our data is spread across lots of tools?

That's the usual case, and it's what the workflow is for. If a tool can't share its data automatically, we'll find another way or tell you plainly.

Can the summary go to clients as well as our team?

Yes. Client-facing reports work the same way, with an approval step before they're sent.
