Try it with one team before everyone.
Rolling AI out to the whole business at once is a gamble. A pilot isn't. One team uses AI on their real work every day for two weeks, with training and help on hand. We measure what changed, collect what worked and what didn't, and you decide on the rest of the business with evidence in front of you.

How the two weeks run.
Short enough to keep everyone's attention, long enough for new habits to form and results to show.
- R0Before
Set up
We pick the team and the tasks, measure how long those tasks take today and train the team.
- R1Week 1
Daily use
The team uses AI on the chosen tasks, with quick check-ins and help when they get stuck.
- R2Week 2

We adjust prompts, tools and rules based on the first week, and add tasks that look promising.
- R3After
Results
Time saved, quality, problems and the team's own view, with a recommendation on what to roll out.
What makes a good pilot team.
- 01A team with repetitive written work: proposals, customer emails, reports, admin.
- 02At least one person keen to try it, and one who's sceptical. Both make the results more believable.
- 03A manager who'll protect the time for it.

Questions about the pilot.
Why only two weeks?
It's long enough for people to get past the novelty and form habits, and short enough to keep everyone focused. If the results are unclear, we'll say so.
What happens after the pilot?
You get a recommendation: roll it out, adjust it or stop. If you roll it out, the pilot team's guides and examples make training everyone else much quicker.
Do we need a policy first?
Yes, at least a short one. We'll put basic rules in place before the pilot starts if you don't have them.
Want proof before you roll out AI?
Tell us which team you'd start with and what they spend their time on. We usually reply the same working day.
