General notes — FAQ

Questions about shop migration.

Which platforms can you move us from?

Most platforms that let you export your data, such as WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, Squarespace and older Shopify set-ups. We move shops to Shopify, a headless set-up or Medusa.

Will customers have to reset their passwords?

Usually, yes. Platforms store passwords in ways that can't be transferred, so customers set a new one the first time they log in. We'll help you send a clear message about it.

Will we lose search rankings?

Some movement in the first weeks is normal. With every old page redirected and the content kept, rankings usually settle. The SEO side follows the same method as our website migrations.

How is it priced?

As a one-off project. The quote depends on how many products, customers and orders there are, and how different the two platforms are.
