Can it use our files without us uploading everything?
On some platforms it can connect to where your files already live, like SharePoint or Google Drive. We'll check what your plan allows and pick the simplest set-up.
How is this different from the chat assistants in AI workflows?
These are for your team, inside the AI tool they already use. Customer-facing assistants, on your website or in messaging, are part of our AI workflows service.
What if our data can't go into these tools?
