Detail B3 — Conversion

Turn more visits into orders.

If people visit your shop but don't buy, more traffic only gets you more people leaving. We look at where buyers drop off, find out why, and fix the pages and steps that are losing you sales. Then we measure whether it worked.

Notes — How we work

Evidence first, opinions second.

  1. 01We start with your data, not a generic checklist. A problem that costs other shops sales may not be costing you any.
  2. 02Where we can, we ask real buyers: a short survey, a look at your customer emails, a session watching someone shop.
  3. 03Changes go in one batch at a time, so each one can be measured.
  4. 04If a change doesn't help, we say so and undo it.

General notes — FAQ

Questions about conversion.

Do we need a lot of traffic for this to work?

It helps. With very few visitors, the numbers move too little to measure reliably, so we lean more on asking buyers and fixing clear problems. We'll tell you honestly if traffic is the bigger issue.

Will you redesign the whole shop?

Only if it's needed. Most of the gains come from a handful of pages: product, basket and checkout. A full redesign is a bigger decision, and we'd only suggest it with the evidence to back it up.

Which platforms do you work on?

Shopify, headless shops and Medusa. If your shop is on something else, we can still find the problems and tell you what to fix.
